3.在考虑材料耐化学性和耐热性的条件下,也可用于工业排水系统;

4.漩流降噪特殊单立管排水系统可用于污、废水合流系统,也可用于污、废水分流系统;其排水横支管敷设方式可为同层排水,也可为异层排水。

1. Where to use

i. Residential building with 10 storages or higher, apartment, hotel, nursery, hospital ward building and etc.

ii. Structures listed in (i) with higher building standard.

iii. Industrial drainage system, considering the material’s chemical and heat resistance.

iv. Special single stack drainage system with cyclone noise-reducing joints can be used for both combined and separated sewer system and it can be considered as either same floor drainage or cross floor drainage.


 

漩流降噪特殊单立管排水系统分为Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型系统。

Ⅰ型系统:内部光壁的普通塑料排水管材+漩流降噪特殊管件(漩流三通、漩流左90o 四通、漩流右90o四通、漩流180o四通、漩流五通、漩流直通+导流接头+大曲率底部异径弯头)+漩流降噪专用配件(漩流通气接头、三层降噪弯头、伸缩检查口、内塞检查口、深水封P弯、11.25o偏置弯、22.5o方式偏置弯、加强型伸缩节、通气帽、加强型管卡、长钉管卡、同层防漏套、同层积水排除器、同层预留孔回填模板、同层多通道地漏、同层侧排地漏)。

Ⅱ型系统:加强型内螺旋排水管材+漩流降噪特殊管件(漩流三通、漩流左90o四通、漩流右90o四通、漩流180o四通、漩流五通、漩流直通+大曲率底部异径弯头)+漩流降噪专用配件(漩流通气接头、三层降噪弯头、伸缩检查口、内塞检查口、深水封P弯、11.25o偏置弯、22.5o偏置弯、加强型伸缩节、通气帽、加强型管卡、长钉管卡、同层防漏套、同层积水排除器、同层预留孔回填模板、同层多通道地漏、同层侧排地漏)。

2. System Components

Special single stack drainage system with cyclone noise-reducing joints has two types, Type I and Type II.

Type I system: plastic drainage pipes with smooth interior wall, cyclonic noise-reducing special joint (cyclonic tee joint, 90oSS cyclonic cross fan, cyclonic five way joint, cyclonic direct joint and reducing bend with large radius of curvature) and cyclonic noise-reducing special accessories (cyclonic vent joint, three-layer-structure noise-reducing bend, expansion check hole, check hole with internal plug, deep water P bend, 11.25o offset bend, 22.5o offset bend, reinforced expansion joints, ventilation cap, reinforced pipe clamp, long spike pipe clamp, same-floor leak-proof set, same-floor seepage discharging device, same-floor backfill board with reserved holes, multi-way same-floor drain and same-floor side drain).

Type II system: reinforced internal spiral rib drainage pipe, cyclonic noise-reducing special joint (cyclonic tee joint, 90oSS cyclonic cross fan, cyclonic five way joint, cyclonic direct joint, reducing bend with large radius of curvature and flow-guided joint) and cyclonic noise-reducing special accessories (cyclonic vent joint, three-layer-structure noise-reducing bend, expansion check hole, check hole with internal plug, deep water P bend, 11.25o offset bend, 22.5o offset bend, reinforced expansion joints, ventilation cap, reinforced pipe clamp, long spike pipe clamp, same-floor leak-proof set, same-floor seepage discharging device, same-floor backfill board with reserved holes, multi-way same-floor drain and same-floor side drain).
